Your positive affirmations should reflect this desired result mindset instead of focusing on the negative. Ignore completely the issues you are trying to get past.
Make your positive affirmations short and to the point. This will make them very powerful. Remember, your subconscious does what it is told to do, so give it direct orders.
You don’t have to share your daily statements with anyone, but you may notice that your new affirmations are shining through in your actions. Use a few minutes everyday to meditate on your positive affirmations, or say them out loud in your car with conviction. Repeat them over and over, make them your mantra. You are now retraining your subconscious mind.
